Last week on Magic Tonight

Last night on Magic Tonight at the Crimson Lounge, we were joined by the inimitably creepy Nick Wallace. He was in town preparing for Seance, which will be appearing at Theatre Passe-Murraille later this month. If you have a chance to go see it, do. Normally you have to drive out towards Hamilton-Niagara to see him perform so it's a wonderful treat to have him in Toronto. It was a packed house that left us tripping over tables and chairs we had so littler room left. He does a fabulous job of creeping you out while your brain is being melted. And if any of this sounds like hyperbole, it's not.

If you weren't there, take a peek at what you missed. Tickets for our upcoming shows are now available. Readers of this blog can use the code reality for a discount on the price of tickets and dinner when purchasing online.

This Sunday on Magic Tonight

This Sunday, I'm thrilled, tickled and otherwise titillated to announced that we have the incomparable Nick Wallace on the show. He'll be performing with me on Sunday night at 7:00 at the Crimson Lounge (Inside The Cage 292 at College & Spadina, Downtown). Nick is a master mystery performer who, according to reliable sources, obtained his power by selling his soul to Satan... Seriously, you'll never guess how hold he is by looking at his picture.

If you don't believe in ghosts and you're not afraid of the dark, Nick Wallace can help you with that.

If you're able to make it to the show, readers of this blog can use the code reality for a discount on the price of tickets and dinner when purchasing online.

You can also see him performing his spectacularly frightening show Seance at Theatre Passe Murraille later this month. More information is available at www.Abracadabaret.com.

This week on Magic Tonight

On this week's show at the Crimson Lounge downtown, I'll be joined by comedy magician extraordinaire, Chris Westfall. Chris appeared for a month here with his partner in absurdity Chris Mayhew performing Sketchy Magic and he's about to embark on a Canada-wide tour of his family show, Chris Westfall and the Porcelain Princess. Chris is always funny and always zany and we're delighted to unleash him for you this Sunday. Tickets are available for our September dates at www.MagicTonight.ca/tickets. We have spots for Toronto and a very limited number for the Franklin House in Mississauga. Last week on Magic Tonight

Last night's show at the Crimson Lounge in Toronto was creepier than usual. Mysterion was in strange form (and of course, I mean that in a good way.) He was corrupting the youth, contacting the dead and just generally weirding people out. I'm not sure if that child actually went home and did his satanic colouring, but we can be on the lookout for dark clouds and bad omens today. We're gearing up for the fall season. Currently all of our shows in Missisauga for September are sold out but we have shows in Toronto with seats available. If you didn't make it to the show last night, take a look at some of what you missed:

This Sunday on Magic Tonight

Our special guest this weekend on Magic Tonight in Toronto is the inimitably creepy Mysterion. A psychedelically coiffed psychic who will mess with your mind and make you question your most deeply held fashion choices. Mysterion has been on this show, and it's progenitors, more times than I care to count. He is always entertaining, always delightful and unavoidably strange. Tickets for the show are available on our site. Last week on Magic Tonight

It was a show that came from both ends of the spectrum on Sunday night at the Crimson Lounge: Jason Verners is probably the youngest performer we've ever had on the show and Ron Guttman has been reading minds since before either of us were born. We had lots of fun and we need to thank our sold out crowd... in particular the two ladies who took a special interest in the contents of my pockets and weren't afraid to show it.... We're continuing on with tickets available for our shows through the end of September. See who's performing on our site in the coming weeks.
