Audio Visual Equipment
We are happy to provide a suitable microphone and speakers for events of up to 200 guests at no additional charge. For large events, please contact us to discuss your tech needs.
Travel
There are no travel expenses for events within 175km of the city of Toronto.
Outside of the Greater Toronto Area, there is an additional fee of $0.90/km (based on the one-way driving distance from Toronto to your city, as calculated by Google Maps).
Destinations more than 2 hours outside of Toronto may require reimbursement for one night’s hotel accommodation depending on the timing of your event. Destinations requiring air or rail travel require reimbursement for travel, hotel and ground transportation.
Prices subject to 13% sales tax in Ontario.
