Magic & Martini Returns to Oakville

After a break for the busy holiday season, my eccentric one-man magic show for grownups, Magic & Martini is back at O'Finn's Irish Temper last night for an evening of food, adult beverages and mystery. Even though it was cold and windy, we had a packed house. Thank you to everyone who attended.

Special thanks to the young gentleman who features somewhat prominently in these photos. He discovered that the fastest way to get on stage in a magic show is to come to be before the performance and say, "It's my girlfriend's birthday today. She's really shy. You should pick her." #PoeticJustice

Magic & Martini in Hillsburgh

I'm thrilled to announce a special extension of Magic & Martini coming later this month. My new show, organized by the Grand Spirits Society will be coming to the Friendly Chef Adventures on Trafalgar Road in Hillsburgh. 

This comes as the remainder of our shows in Toronto and Oakville for the year are sold out!

The owner of the Friendly Chef is Pam Fanjoy, the winner of Chopped Canada. Pam will be preparing a special dinner for guests. Tickets for the show are available with the option to pre-order dinner. (You can see the show's special prix-fixe menu here.)

Grand Spirits Getting Grander

Grand Spirits, the organization secretly masterminding my new show, Magic and Martini, is making a little piece of history up north of the city. While we take organizations like the LCBO and The Beer Store for granted, we don't realize  that this is not how the sale of spirituous beverages works just about every place else in the world. But with changing regulations, this is the first legal distillery to open in this region in over a century.
