Last time on Magic Tonight

One of the things I enjoy most about Magic Tonight is the rich variety of performers we have in the city who appear on the show. Last week, I had the chance to see a new double-act forming: The Sentimentalists. The always-creepy Mysterion has teemed up with Steffi Kay (who came fabulously colour coordinated to our venue) to demonstrate some two-person mind reading or what has become known, for historical reasons, as "second sight".

Last week on Magic Tonight

Last week I was joined by a very special guest, David Merry. In addition to being a gifted comedian, David brings with him an impressive collection of severed human heads. I know readers of this blog find it difficult to tell when I'm joking. Oh well. Take a look for yourselves:

Last night on the show, my very special guest (and when you see the photos, you'll agree, I mean special) was Jason Palter. We had a wonderful time and as we get deeper into the holiday season we're starting to get full. So if you're coming down to see Magic Tonightbe sure to make your reservations early before we fill up.

Last night on Magic Tonight

We're continuing to work our wonders every Sunday night at the Crimson Lounge. My special guest, Phil Pivnick, winner of the "Toronto's Best Magician" Contest (held every year in Markham because magicians are weird), was in fine form with some comedy magic and classical sleight of hand. Take a look at some of the fun we got up to. Magic Tonight continues every Sunday night in Downtown Toronto. This week on Magic Tonight

We're back at the Crimson Lounge in Toronto this Sunday night for James Alan's Magic Tonight. I'll be joined by the incredibly suave, charming and prestigious Phil Pivnick. Phil has been on the show many times and earlier this year, he won the "Toronto's Best Magician Contest" put on by A1 Chinese Radio. Tickets for the show are available on our site. This week on Magic Tonight

This Sunday, I'm joined by two special guests on Magic Tonight at the Crimson Lounge in Downtown Toronto. We had announced Jason Palter, the ever zany and over the top comedy something or other. On top of that, we also have an American card wizard (not his official title) Steve Reynolds. Steve is joining us from New Orleans. Appropriately enough as I cue this up for posting, I'm watching an episode of NCIS New Orleans. However it contains no magic and Scott Bakula's accent is atrocious. Steve is a very funny performer and I'm actually being kept slightly in the dark about what he will be presenting this weekend.

Special thanks to Ben Train for helping us with the bonus special guest!
